Apache Wells is a golf-centered community in northeast Mesa with around 1,823 homes, and what makes it a little different from some of the other communities I work with is the range of construction dates — homes here were built anywhere from 1960 all the way through 2019, so you’ll find everything from older, established properties to relatively recent construction within the same community.

The lifestyle here centers on golf, along with a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, and a solid calendar of social activities. Homes span single-family houses, attached homes, and condos, which gives buyers more flexibility in home style and price point than a lot of single-product communities offer — prices here have generally ranged from around $200,000 to $700,000 depending on age, size, and home type.
