Verde Groves is a gated community of 210 homes built between 1999 and 2004, and it’s the community I point to when clients want 55+ living on a smaller, quieter scale rather than one of Mesa’s sprawling master-planned neighborhoods. Its size is really the point — a tight, self-contained community rather than a small section of something much bigger.
